We are seeking a Program Manager to lead the development and execution of our Engineering US Summer Internship Program. This role will oversee the overall strategy including, but not limited to: pre-program engagement, orientation curriculum, and intern connectivity events. Additionally, this role includes support of in-house diversity programs and sell days for prospective candidates during the rest of the year

 HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

  • Develop and deliver best-in-class internship experience, including intern orientation, training/development and social events, intern performance management and offer process
  • Partner with Campus pillars and global colleagues across the regions to understand requirements and ensure a robust and engaging experience to our program participants
  • Communicate closely with business stakeholders to gain support for initiatives
  • Research thought-provoking content and frameworks that supports learning needs
  • Utilize data and market intelligence to detect trends/insights and adjust the strategy to optimize the impact of the programs and the team
  • Continue to evolve our programs with a focus on program participant experience, diversity and alignment to future talent needs
  • Work collaboratively across all levels of the organization, exhibiting strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Define and analyze key performance metrics, in order to monitor success of initiatives, optimize the approach and report on program impact

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Analytical – Possess strong problem-solving, project management, and program management skills
  • Results-oriented – You are able to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered
  • Client service focus – Excellent stakeholder management skills demonstrated through prior work
  • Communication – You possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills and are able to navigate complex situations
  • Prioritization – You are able to prioritize, flex, and work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
  • Technology – Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
