Goldman Sachs Asset Management is focused on building the next generation of retirement solutions to meet growing Sponsor and Participant demand within the retirement market. We are focused on a comprehensive retirement solution where a working knowledge of OCIO, Managed Accounts, recordkeeping services and digital financial wellness across a range of investor types will be helpful as we contemplate our own bundled product in the Defined Contribution market.

The Multi-Asset Solutions team, which manages over $150bn in multi-asset solutions including GS Target Date Portfolios, Model Portfolios and a suite of risk-based mutual funds, is seeking a talented, creative and dynamic marketer to support the growing business. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver value in a number of capacities and through a combination of analytical and creative skills to drive business results. This candidate will also have proven experience in a fast-paced environment, managing ambiguity, navigating complex approval processes and building strong cross-functional relationships.

In this role, you will support the marketing and sales process by helping us generate excitement and interest from both Plan Sponsors and Advisors, as well as effectively communicate our products' distinguished features across distinct audiences.



  • Intimately understand our retirement product(s) and conduct regular research to optimize our product positioning and messaging
  • Serve as the product team's liaison to our internal and external sales channels
  • Develop recommendations and content strategy to deliver a singular message at every touchpoint in the retirement landscape, including the Plan Participant, Plan Sponsor and financial advisor
  • Deeply understand retirement industry trends
  • Develop persona-driven marketing collateral for different sales channels and plan sponsor types
  • Measure and track engagement with marketing collateral and apply key learnings to enhance future campaigns; contribute to analyzing program information and performance
  • Work in close collaboration with internal Product and Sales teams and the recordkeeper(s) to create a consistent and engaging digital experience and content for both Plan Participant and Financial Advisor portals
  • Work to create a cohesive and consistent marketing and communications approach across our financial wellness solution, our retirement investment products, and the recordkeeper



  • 4+ years of experience in retirement plan marketing, or related experience
  • Familiarity with recordkeepers and other service providers
  • Analytical aptitude, with a working knowledge of retirement solutions including Target Date Funds and Managed Accounts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team and manage evolving priorities, with strict deadlines
  • A client-first mentality
