RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Your Impact

 

As a Vice President on Projects and Delivery team you will work at the intersection of Strategy, Product, Engineering, Vendors/Partners, Risk and Control groups. You are a dynamic professional with the ability to balance diverse responsibilities spanning across project management, business analysis, solution definition, senior stakeholder communications. You will be integral to the successful delivery of the Lending roadmap, managing execution end to end across product definition, execution and go-to-market. You will be a direct contributor to the success of the business.

You will be directly responsible for:

 

  • Ensuring prioritization and alignment of the Lending roadmap
  • Clear and transparent communication of roadmap priorities to the organization to ensure all teams are working in tandem towards common business goals
  • Establishing operating model, quarterly program increment planning events, agile rituals, organization and governance across Product, Engineering and other teams
  • Drive analysis and assessments for new business initiatives and products
  • Create holistic plans for complex projects and manage the project through to delivery
  • Manage senior stakeholder communications, including surfacing risks and influencing resolution and decision making

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of industry experience
  • Self-motivated individual seeking a fast-paced and rapidly evolving organization
  • Ability to balance and prioritize a broad portfolio of work for multiple stakeholders, while maintaining depth to identify and surface emerging risks and issues
  • Ability to forge trusted partnerships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong project management skills with ability to rally large teams and organizations to deliver on common goals
  • Superior communicator with professional presentation skills
  • Efficiency, organization skills and deep attention to detail are imperative
  • Strong analytical and problem solving aptitude 
  • Strong team player with an ability to work independently in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Fast learner, ability to navigate the organization and get up to speed quickly on key topics
  • Experience in the financial services industry is strongly preferred
