Your role will be managing a team who will focus on EMEA and/or US securities markets, working closely with other Operations groups, managing key day-to-day relationships with our network agent banks/custodians, Securities Lending desk, brokers and clients with a strong emphasis on risk management and control. This may require intervention at multiple stages during the lifecycle of the trades, should there be any issues requiring resolution and will involve liaising directly with Clients, Repo Traders, Securities Lending traders, Compliance, Tax, Legal, Asset Servicing and our agent banks within the respective global markets
The role will involve mitigating financial and reputational risk for the firm by ensuring that securities transactions are settled efficiently and on time. The team believes heavily in continual progression and innovation so there is significant scope to work on projects and initiatives to enhance our workflows
