We are looking for an experienced individual to re-engineer and subsequently lead the team that creates and distributes analysis for Global Markets Division Change Management.  The role will include frequent interactions with MD and PMD stakeholders across Trading & Sales, Operations, Engineering, Change Management and other Federation teams to extract, analyze and report accurate, timely and comprehensive information on a large portfolio of change programs and projects that deliver Global Markets and Engineering strategic goals.


A good understanding of project management, activity based costing and business measurement methodologies will be beneficial



  • Design and deliver an enhanced, automated reporting infrastructure that combines effective cost management, business measurement and commitment tracking across a large number of programs and projects
  • Automate data ingestion, transformation and reporting across multiple data sources for regular analysis and dissemination, with an integrated process for ongoing continuous improvement
  • Deliver Global Markets Investment Ecosystem that captures program level budgeting and Objective/Key Result tracking across the investment portfolio
  • Establish a strong change and exception management processes that enables continued completeness and accuracy of data over time
  • Communicate with impact to senior PMDs/MDs across Global Markets and influence strategic decisions leveraging data driven insights produced from reporting infrastructure
  • Build strong partnership with peers in Change Management, Engineering and Federation teams to establish execution focused working relationships
  • Lead and coach a team of people engaged in portfolio governance and reporting

Basic Qualifications

  • 10 years’ relevant experience, preferably within engineering, management information, finance or data focused roles
  • A proven track record creating data-based solutions in a cross functional, global team
  • Experience and understanding of data governance models and maintaining effective governance over time
  • Ability to engage with and influence stakeholders, including MD and PMD leaders
  • Strong analytical and business analysis experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience of data modelling and Business Information tools and concepts
  • Experience building robust and strategic data solutions
  • Experience with data manipulation and visualization tools like Alteryx, Tableaux and QlikView
  • Experience of roles in finance or activity based costing data
  • Experience with OKR deliverable framework and Zero Based Budgeting solutions
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Python
