Ayco advisors and technical specialists help clients achieve their personal financial goals through education and guided implementation across seven key financial disciplines, including employee benefit planning.




In this role you’ll apply your analytical skills to build a high-performing marketing analytics practice for our Personal Financial Management Group business, which includes Personal Financial Management and Ayco Personal Financial Management. You are on point to uncover and share insights on prospect acquisition and client engagement marketing. You’ll identify and track key metrics and create business intelligence reports, dashboards as well as ad-hoc reports to share with cross-functional teams. The role will support marketing testing and forecasting and engage/influence executive and co-brand partner stakeholders to help drive and track insights into tangible outcomes.

  • Set up in-depth tracking and measurements for website traffic, user engagement and conversions with appropriate reports and dashboards to support the web management team.

  • Develop and help execute data-driven website and advertising optimization strategies to support Marketing goals.

  • Oversee Analytics for Performance Marketing; organize, supervise and develop a lead nurturing supportive Analytics and Insights capability.

  • Provide analytical support, including dashboards, tagging, campaign performance monitoring (including SEO, SEM, Display, Retargeting, Email); interpret data analyses and competitive insights to identify, understand and support business opportunities.

  • Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to understand and anticipate business needs.

  • Partner with Digital and Sales technology teams to develop and continue to improve upon marketing capabilities, through both leveraging existing tools and when appropriate, augmenting the marketing tech stack.

  • Create foundation for future A/B and multivariate site testing though identification of funnel and lead optimization opportunities aligned with business objectives.

  • Ensure 'best in class' Analytics approaches.


The role will be based in Cohoes, New York and interact with the PFM team in New York, Chicago and Newport Beach, CA.



  • 10+ years of experience working in business analytics. Exposure to marketing analytics and a working knowledge of lead management required.

  • Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or equivalent) in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or a related field required. Master’s degrees, a bonus.

  • Deep understanding of available technology, products and pain points of digital marketing.

  • Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Salesforce and Marketo / Pardot required. Familiarity with Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager a bonus.

  • Skill utilizing SQL, SAS, R, Python (or similar) for advanced statistical analysis.

  • Excellent data visualization skills to be able to determine the appropriate visualization for a variety of data types and create compelling stories with data.

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to articulate complex ideas, express and defend a point of view, and influence outcomes.

  • Excellent people leadership skills and a proven track record of developing high potential talent and delivering results.

  • Experience leading strategic A/B and Multivariate test plan development.

  • A basic understanding of agile methodologies and continuous delivery​.
