RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

YOUR IMPACT

 

As part of the Outbound Campaign Management team, you will be responsible for helping multiple lines of business connect with our customers. You will join a team that work across the board with an variety of business groups such as strategy, operations, Risk/compliance, etc. In this role you will be working on daily operations and projects both individually and group setting.  

 We have a fast paced result driven culture and we are looking for individuals who are proactive and can work with a sense of urgency. The candidate should have a sense of ownership and should be able to drive results independently while working on multiple concurrent projects.

 

JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Campaign management for multiple lines of business
  • Point of contact of escalation or Dialer and any related systems
  • Reporting Dialer metrics monthly/daily/hourly
  • Campaign strategy consultation to the Collections Operations Teams
  • Manage of multiple team and individual projects
  • Management of Specialist level employees
  • Hold weekly/daily meetings with leadership teams and present data

 BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3-5 years of outbound & inbound call center experience
  • Data analysis (Trends, forecasts, Cause-effect)
  • Collections strategy knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment, communicate effectively & influence others
  • Proactive, flexible and ability to multi-task 
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to projects and deadlines
  • Strong communication, presentation and problem solving skills

 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of collections experience
  • Experience in a start-up environment
  • Experience with SQL
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms and design patterns
