Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management (GS PFM) specializes in creating personalized wealth management plans for affluent individuals and families. We give clients clarity, confidence and control over their financial decisions. Our dedicated team of advisors across approximately 100 offices throughout the U.S., develops and implements personalized plans tailored to each client's values and life goals. Our advisors offer an investment platform inclusive of products and services offered by Goldman Sachs and other third parties, including private banking and lending offerings. The primary function of this position is to provide more sophisticated and comprehensive support to the APAS/PFM Wealth advisors and APAS client accounts. This may include preparation of specialized reports, resolving complex issues, insuring proper execution of client and Wealth Advisor instructions, and responding to clients and Account Managers on investment related issues. 



  • Provide comprehensive analysis and support for client investment accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all (operations/account maintenance related) client interactions, working with team members to ensure a timely response to all client question s and concerns.
  • Prepare meeting materials and create customized reports to address client needs as required by the IP and/or the client.
  • Oversee the establishment of client files in accordance with required guidelines.
  • Resolve time sensitive client service or trading related issues, including complex situations.
  • Actively prepare for and participate in client meetings as requested by the MD, WM or WA. Prepare all deliverable materials associated with the meeting type (reviews, 1st/2nd/3rd meetings).
  • When assigned, speak with clients on account performance, objectives and any additional transactional needs. Follow-up directly with clients on any open issues or questions.
  • Provide thoughts and feedback relative to operational procedures for servicing clients including making recommendations for increased efficiency within the current procdure
  • Under the direct oversight of the Managing Director or Wealth Adviser, actively engage in Client Case Prep meetings, providing recommendations and feedback relative to the client's financial plan as appropriate.



  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Series 7 & 66 required
  • Must have 3-5 years working in a Client Service capacity.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of stocks, bonds, mutual funds and other investments preferred.
  • Must have demonstrated the ability to be detail-oriented, self-motivated and capable of working in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (ex. Outlook, Excel and Word).
