Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management (GS PFM) specializes in creating personalized wealth management plans for affluent individuals and families. We give clients clarity, confidence and control over their financial decisions. RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Are you looking to apply your organizational and critical thinking skills? We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the growing Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management Corporate Growth Programs Team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented and highly organized with prior experience fulfilling various project duties and administrative responsibilities.

As a Project Coordinator, you will assist with certain parts of multiple projects, coordinate team meetings, oversee team calendars and members of the project team with strong attention to detail. Work alongside the Program Manager to ensure all programs are properly facilitated. You will support the team by assisting with advisor relations, team administration, and assisting with tactical program items.

In this role, you will join a fast pace team committed to ensuring excellence across our Corporate Growth Programs.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with daily tactical items for all growth programs post launch.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient team operation.
  • Assist Program Manager with organizing and prioritizing ongoing tactical needs.
  • Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure a well ordered program hand-off after launch.
  • Assist with advisor relations.
  • Assist in assembling and disseminating ongoing program communications.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 years of Project Coordination experience preferred.
  • 1-3 experience of Administrative experience.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of personal accountability, going above and beyond to ensure that all tasks are properly completed.
  • Experience working in financial services, or other compliance heavy industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with heavy emphasis on teamwork.
  • Strong PowerPoint building skills.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Word)
  • Knowledge of Google Suite (Drive, Slides, Excel)
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication / presentation skills.
