Our services benefit organizations by providing time back to their employees, helping the employees and organization navigate risk and the complexities in personal finances, and most importantly educating the employees on how to best optimize the company offered compensation and benefit plans leading to attraction and retention of their workforce.

 

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Partner with Workplace Solutions corporate sales team to drive new opportunities from within the firm
  • Represent Consumer & Wealth Management Division in meetings with senior leaders
  • Leverage your sales experience and operational background to contribute to a growing business
  • Analyze the firm business, identify opportunities and help set client acquisition strategy
  • Demonstrate long-term progress of being able to develop and maintain strong relationship with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain operational reports detailing sales leads, activities and results
  • Serve as a coach and mentor for more junior teammates


WHERE WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

This role will be based in Cohoes, NY or New York, NY and will work with Goldman Sachs colleagues across the U.S.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • 5+ years’ experience working with large institutions, financial industries a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Concentration in marketing, business, or other financial planning related areas
  • Experience operating in executive level services and client interactions preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure
  • Self-motivated and able to work in an autonomous, yet collaborative environment
  • Commitment to excellence and a high degree of integrity
