Your Impact:

Are you a consumer-oriented marketing professional looking to apply your analytical and creative skills to deliver breakthrough product offering experience?  Are you passionate about creating effective omni-channel experience based upon deep customer insights?  Do you bring a desire to have fun along the way?  We are seeking an Associate/Sr Analyst to join the Lending funnel strategy team to help us create and deliver best-in-class customer experience. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic organization and a fast-paced team committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.

 

Responsibilities

  • Analyze clickstream and customer data to gain in-depth understanding of customers’ digital footprint and behaviors. Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to understand customers’ needs.
  • Monitor funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve customers experience and engagement on site and mobile apps.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to generate ideas, form hypotheses, and conduct multi-variant tests. Monitor test performance and make recommendations for roll-out strategies based on deep learnings and insights.
  • Partner with the pricing team to deliver the right product offering with the optimal customer experience to each customer.
  • Innovate and improve funnel experience and customer engagement through leading edge solutions. Partner with product management, technology, and marketing operations teams to assess and implement new capabilities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and vendors to bring best-in class customer experience to market.

 

Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of product or marketing analytics experience developing product or marketing strategy based on deep customer insights, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to understand and translate data into customer facing action to drive measurable improvement in channel and business performance
  • Demonstrated track record driving business outcomes by rapidly acting on insights and bringing ideas to market with a focus on continuous optimization and test-and-learn
  • Strong communicator who can effectively share a strategy up, down and across cross functional teams
  • Great interpersonal skills. Desire to work both independently and collaboratively on diverse cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in SQL and MS suite. Working experience with Adobe Analytics and Tableau strongly preferred. Experience with one or more modeling tools (Python, R, Matlab, SAS, etc.) a plus
