Your Impact
As a member of the GM Card team, you will work closely with the business manager of the GM card as well as the marketing, risk and operations leads in achieving the financial targets for the GM card portfolio.
You will be responsible in the defining the new customer acquisition and existing customer management strategies for the GM card portfolio. In your role you will:

  • Manage partner relationships and portfolio growth agenda
  • Inform and drive the “big picture” strategy while also rolling up your sleeves
  • Specify, implement and manage new card growth and customer management strategies to achieve the agreed business plan, including the marketability and profitability of products
  • Understand drivers of P&L performance and identify opportunities for enhancement
  • Define KPIs for success as well as growth and revenue planning for the portfolio
  • Partner with marketing team to define new and existing customer marketing plan and deliver on agreed commercial goals
  • Define pricing and offer strategy for the portfolio
  • Partner with Analytics team in the segmentation of the portfolio and defining appropriate offer and targeting strategies to increase engagement
  • Continuously leverage data and customer feedback to identify both problem areas and opportunities
  • Partner closely with Product Management to ensure product features and experiences are built in an agile environment as defined


  • 10+ years of experience in Product, Strategy, Marketing or Analytics with Consumer Credit Card product
  • Strong leadership skills and passion for motivating and developing a talented team
  • Proven analytical skills and problem solving ability paired with meticulous attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership of and accountability for projects
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to effectively manage competing priorities
  • Aptitude for building relationships that enable smooth interactions in internal business collaborations
  • Ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal stakeholders
  • Effective communicator who will present results highlighting the broader commercial and strategic impact
