Your Impact

As a member of the GM Card team, you will work closely with the small business card, business lead. You will join the team focused on holistically growing the Small Business card segment. The role will be part of developing a fresh and innovative approach to business cards. The team is responsible for strategy development and implementation to acquire new business, deepen engagement, and advance the experience. The role will work with the partner, and internal teams including marketing, risk, servicing, design, and operations to meet our GM business card goals.


  • Contribute to building a mutually beneficial relationship between Marcus and the partner
  • Represent the small business team across Marcus to ensure the timely delivery of initiatives and when required coordinate the efforts with the partner
  • Be a primary contact for the partner to navigate Marcus for information requests, daily operating issues, and requests from Marcus for partner reviews
  • Assist in strategy development and implementation with some combination of acquisitions, portfolio, engagement, design, product, operating efficiency, and customer experience
  • Work with legal and compliance to ensure all programs meet regulatory requirements
  • Be part of the development of a new and innovative way to experience small business cards


  • 4+ years of experience in card product, strategy, marketing or analytics role
  • 2+ years of experience contributing to cross-functional initiatives and projects across a variety of disciplines
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines, and have the flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities
  • Desire to learn and be part of developing new ways of doing business in the credit card space
  • Bachelors/Undergraduate Degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Small Business credit cards or Commercial Card a plus
  • Experience working in co-brand credit cards a plus
  • Experience in automotive industry a plus
