The Finance Division partners with firm and divisional leadership to understand and manage risks and create solutions through quantitative analysis, projecting and forecasting. We are responsible for firmwide business planning and transformation initiatives. The business planning function collaborates with groups across the firm to develop and manage the firm’s forward looking strategic and financial plans, including the firm’s P&L and financial resources. We identify Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”) and measure the firm’s performance against these metrics. The Finance division is also charged with executing initiatives to transform, streamline and innovate business processes across the firm. These initiatives focus on the availability and reliability of financial information for internal stakeholders.


The Salt Lake City Leadership team is looking for an Executive Admin to support senior leaders in the Salt Lake City office.  This is a full-time role requires someone who is highly proactive, motivated and organized.  This individual also needs to be able to multitask, prioritize effectively and demonstrate excellent time management.  Crucial to this role is the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Equally important is strong business acumen, professional level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability and attention to detail.  We are looking for a candidate with a strong desire to be part of dynamic team, and someone who demonstrates the agility and motivation to solve problems.  This individual will be an important member of the SLC Leadership team and will be a key part of strategic initiatives for the Salt Lake City office. 


  • Provides administrative support in a complex team environment to a senior group or executive.
  • Coordinates complex, senior-level internal/ external meetings and conference calls.
  • Handles a high volume of phones calls and interacts with high level business leaders in a professional and effective manner.
  • Supports internal and external managers or clients.
  • Responds and follows up on internal/external client requests.
  • Maintains complex and extremely detailed calendars and prioritizes meeting requests and related logistics.
  • Coordinates a high volume of domestic and international travel arrangements and processes expense reports.
  • Prepares and distributes regional correspondence, formal communications, or other documents as requested.
  • Coordinates logistics for seating in partnership with other regional colleagues. 
  • Maintains understanding of firm policies and handles certain issues independently.
  • On-boards new hires, processes new employees, transfers, termination, etc.
  • Will also be involved in creating/refining regional metrics for the Salt Lake City office, in addition to creation/maintenance of some Salt Lake City marketing materials. 
  • Close coordination with divisions across Salt Lake City in initiating and driving regional initiatives.

  • Prefer 5+ years of experience
