Goldman Sachs Ayco Personal Financial Management partners with Fortune 1000 companies to design and implement tailored financial planning programs for their workforce—leveraging the 50-year heritage of Ayco and the comprehensive resources of Goldman Sachs to meet the evolving needs of their employees. Ayco believes companies best serve their stakeholders and the greater economy when their employees’ financial lives are clear, understood and in their control. Ayco advisors and technical specialists help clients achieve their personal financial goals through education and guided implementation across seven key financial disciplines, including employee benefit planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Analyze the employer market to identify opportunities and help set client acquisition strategy
  • Lead the business development process inclusive of strategy, meeting flow, strategic positioning, delivery of presentations and proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Partner with leadership across multiple divisions to drive sales and marketing efforts
  • Leverage your sales experience and operational background to contribute to a growing business
  • Represent Ayco Personal Financial Management and promote our services at industry conferences and networking gatherings
  • Serve as a coach and mentor for more junior teammates
  • Extensive travel required for this position


WHERE WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

Ayco business spans the country, including the following locations in the United States: Seattle (WA), San Francisco (CA) and Los Angeles (CA).  This role will provide support to companies nationally as necessary. 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Minimum 7+ years B2B/commercial sales experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred concentration in marketing, finance, business, or other financial planning related areas
  • Track record of selling services and solutions in a B2B environment is preferred
  • Experience operating at an executive level preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure
  • Self-motivated and able to work in an autonomous, yet collaborative environment
  • Commitment to excellence and a high degree of integrity
