Goldman Sachs Ayco Personal Financial Management partners with Fortune 1000 companies to design and implement tailored financial planning programs for their workforce—leveraging the 50-year heritage of Ayco and the comprehensive resources of Goldman Sachs to meet the evolving needs of their employees. Ayco believes companies best serve their stakeholders and the greater economy when their employees’ financial lives are clear, understood and in their control. Ayco advisors and technical specialists help clients achieve their personal financial goals through education and guided implementation across seven key financial disciplines, including employee benefit planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

  • Help design and implement services, including Personal Financial Management and SurvivorSupport services, by aligning product offerings with corporate account needs
  • Lead and conduct in-person and virtual meetings with corporate contacts; set agendas for meetings, document follow up and communicate key takeaways to all interested parties
  • Attend finalist presentations and business development meetings when appropriate
  • Work with corporate client stakeholders to define success metrics and determine engagement strategies
  • Discuss current utilization and outcomes metrics; analyze progress against pre-defined success factors
  • Work with the institutional client sales team and relationship management team on growth opportunities
  • Influence Ayco’s service model and product design by soliciting and gathering feedback from corporate clients
  • Serve as escalation point for corporate contacts on servicing issues and as internal escalation point on relationship concerns

QUALIFICATIONS

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years leadership experience required
  • 5+ years of experience with employee benefits, compensation, marketing and/or relationship management is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills; written and oral presentation skills required
  • Experience in the financial services industry preferred
  • Experience working with Human Resource benefit and compensation professionals preferred
  • Self-motivated and able to work in an autonomous, yet collaborative environment 
  • Travel required as necessary
