We are looking for someone with strong quantitative research skills to help in this effort, collaborating with qualitative user researchers to support key strategic initiatives within Engineering, focused primarily on the experience of developers (both internal and external to the firm).

The ideal candidate will be innovative, creative, and an analytical problem solver – a scientist with expertise in survey methodology (e.g. bias correction, sampling) and quantitative research methods, or a quantitative specialist with experience solving survey methodology problems (especially for self-administered online surveys).

At Goldman Sachs, our culture is one of teamwork, innovation and meritocracy. We often say our people are our greatest asset and we take pride in supporting each colleague both professionally and personally. From collaborative work spaces and mindfulness classes to working from home and flexible work options, we offer our people the support they need to reach their goals in and outside the firm.
