Goldman Sachs is a leading innovator, transforming the world of finance. Our User Research team is leading these changes by uncovering what matters most to our users, and informing how we can design and build products/services that add value to people’s lives.
We are looking for an experienced and capable Survey Scientist to join our research team. Our practitioners have expertise in human-computer interaction, cognitive and behavioral psychology, computer science, neuroscience, human factors, and ergonomics. We are looking for someone with strong quantitative research skills to help in this effort, collaborating with qualitative user researchers to support key strategic initiatives within Engineering, focused primarily on the experience of developers (both internal and external to the firm).
The ideal candidate will be innovative, creative, and an analytical problem solver – a scientist with expertise in survey methodology (e.g. bias correction, sampling) and quantitative research methods, or a quantitative specialist with experience solving survey methodology problems (especially for self-administered online surveys).
At Goldman Sachs, our culture is one of teamwork, innovation and meritocracy.
