Digital Finance


Digital Finance, a subdivision of CWM, is composed of the firm’s digitally-led consumer businesses which include the global online consumer deposits business and the US online consumer lending business, the firm’s first-ever direct-to-consumer platform built from the ground up. Digital Finance combines the strength and heritage of a 147-year-old financial institution with the agility and entrepreneurial spirit of a tech start-up. This unique dynamic allows us to help our customers achieve financial progress through customizable solutions that are grounded in value, transparency and simplicity



Your Impact


We are pursuing several growth initiatives within the Marcus credit card portfolio that require sourcing data from external suppliers. You will be part of the data management team within the product group responsible for sourcing the data, normalizing the data into logical data classes, and working with engineering to build a scalable data framework that supports business processes, analytics, reporting, and controls. 




We are seeking a hands-on Sr. Data Analyst who will help with all things associated with data:

  • Write requirements to source the data and map it to the various business processes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to organize the data and define business rules.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis, interpret, visualize and present the "data story" to the stakeholders.
  • Develop mastery of credit card data and metrics.
  • Lead the delivery process through the software development life cycle.

Skills and qualifications

  • Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced data analysis skills using SQL, intermediate data analysis skills using Python.
  • Structured thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated competency in data analysis and visualization.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify data and complex ideas.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced organization and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience with credit cards or other lending products.
  • Prior experience with projects centered around data sourcing.
