RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all parts of the firm to deliver banking, sales and trading and asset management capabilities to client around the world. In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and control to preserve the firm’s assets and its reputation. For every trade agreed, every new product launched or market entered, every transaction completed, it is Operations that develops the processes and controls that make the business flow.

The GSAM Retail SMA Platform team sits within the Asset Management Division and has primary responsibility of all operations functions for retail SMA portfolios, interacting with a number of groups including group supports portfolio managers, sales and client relationship professionals. This team is looking to add a senior experienced leader who will have direct responsibility for the development and implementation of the SMA product, technology and operational strategy. This role will specify, implement, and manage the SMA platform experience to achieve the agreed business plan; design and manage through the full digital product lifecycle to meet customers’ needs and deliver a best in class experience.
