Overview

The Contingent Workforce Program Manager will be responsible for the strategy and oversight of the contingent labor program.  They will be the key collaborator to partner with internal teams (e.g., Finance, HCM, Legal, Business) to develop new and enhance current program offerings.  They should have experience with the complexities of a global program and the ability to simplify and standardize processes at scale for ease of use and consistency. 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

This role will be responsible for the review, development, and expansion of key contingent workforce program components (including but not limited to):

 

  • Contingent worker classification and policies
  • MSP responsibilities and operations
  • VMS capabilities, user experience, and processes
  • Contingent worker sourcing strategies
  • Contingent worker onboarding
  • Program adaption and success metrics
