Opportunity for a Process Coordinator to join the Private Wealth Management (PWM) Operations team to support the authentication function and effective transition of client accounts for the firm. You will help authenticate asset transfer requests with client and also facilitate the movement of client assets while monitoring for risk and ensuring compliance to firm and regulatory policies. You will also have the opportunity to be innovative by improving processes, reducing risk and increasing efficiency.

In addition, PWM Operations provides essential risk management and control to preserve and enhance the firm’s assets and its reputation. For every trade agreed, every new product launched or market entered, every transaction completed, it is Operations that develops the processes and controls that makes business flow.
The Authentication team works with Private Wealth Management clients to authenticate and approve asset transfers. The team authenticates client transfer requests in accordance with the Firmwide and regulatory policies. The team also ensures the proper client approvals and documentation have been received while constantly monitoring for potential fraudulent activity. In addition, this role will require you to work with multiple internal teams, counterparties and vendors to provide effective transaction processing and exceptional client service that both guards the firm’s capital and reputation while creating measurable value for the firm and its clients. The team receives and submits ACAT requests in accordance with firm wide and industry standards and ensures proper client approvals and documentation have been received in order to mitigate financial, reputational, and regulatory risk.
