RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

The Financial Institutions Group (FIG) investment banking group provides corporate clients across the FIG spectrum with advice, access to financing and execution expertise across a wide range of investment banking products. Our FIG Group provides financing and advisory services to financial institutions, including the leading players in the sectors we cover. Our group offers a wide range of products, including M&A advisory, debt and equity financing, structured finance, risk management/hedging and co-investing.  Given nature of FIG as an industry, our group offers an exciting and fast-paced environment with tremendous opportunity to contribute and grow.

 

The Financial Institutions Group within the Investment Banking Division in New York is looking for an Analyst with current Financial Institutions banking (or related) experience to join the team.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year of FIG Investment Banking Experience
  • Current investment banking experience, including knowledge of debt & equity financing and M&A; expertise in related modeling and valuation techniques
  • History of outstanding academic and professional achievement
