RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Your Impact

 

We are pursuing several growth initiatives within the Marcus credit card portfolio that require sourcing data from external suppliers. You will be part of the data management team within the product group responsible for sourcing the data, normalizing the data into logical data classes, and working with engineering to build a scalable data framework that supports business processes, analytics, reporting, and controls. 

 

Responsibilities

 

We are seeking a hands-on RPA Business Analyst who will help automate various repetitive business processes:

  • Identify opportunities for business process improvements and present business cases for automation. 
  • Redesign the existing process using RPA tools and implement accurate, productive, and scalable automation.
  • Document the before and after process flows, along with the transition plan
  • Develop regulatory and business important reporting through automated reporting toolkits.
  • Develop mastery of credit card process flows and metrics.

Skills and qualifications

  • Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation tools (Blue Prism, UiPath, etc.).
  • Minimum 2-3 years Business Analyst experience in RPA space
  • Be highly collaborative, team orientated and a strong consensus builder
  • Able to work in a fast-paced organization and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience with credit cards or other lending products is an added advantage.
