The firm’s Consumer business, Marcus by Goldman Sachs, combines the entrepreneurial spirit of a startup with more than 150 years of experience. Today, we serve millions of customers across multiple products including lending, deposits, financial tools, and our partnership with Apple on Apple Card. We use innovative design, data, engineering and other core capabilities to provide customers with powerful tools and products that are grounded in value, transparency and simplicity. As we build a leading digital consumer bank and expand into new products and partnerships, we are looking for leaders and individual contributors to join our team.



  • Lead digital collections strategy for multiple products to minimize losses for the business
  • Manage a growing team of collections analysts
  • Design and execute go to market digital collections strategies for new consumer products



  • 10+ years of relevant industry expertise in a portfolio of large scale accounts
  • Broad based knowledge of collections and recoveries regulatory requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership as well as junior analysts
  • Ability to lead the design and build out of a multi-channel, digital collections strategy, that both lowers losses and maximizes customer experience to include experience in digital outreach, web and app experience, channel segmentation and optimization, and digital conversion rates
  • Experience in design and implementation of digital self-servicing tools that prevent excessive contact center calls and maximize loss mitigation in a large portfolio
  • Experience in design and execution of a credit testing strategy, model building and risk based scoring frameworks
  • Experience in design, implementation and optimization of hardship/workout programs that meet safety and soundness requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with multiple consumer loan products
  • MBA
