The PECC Team provides fund-level financing in the form of capital call facilities collateralized by uncalled capital of the limited partners (LPs).  Capital Call Facilities enhance fund returns, accelerate access to capital, reduce capital call frequency and bridge to asset-secured leverage. The PECC Team was established in 2004, and has since grown to a $20+ billion global loan portfolio with an ambitious growth mandate. The PECC Team sits within the Goldman Sachs Private Bank in the Consumer and Wealth Management Division, but serves as the PECC product expert for all clients across the firm, working hand-in-hand with the Investment Banking and Global Markets Divisions.   PECC Underwriting, exclusively based in Dallas, TX, is responsible for the underwriting and management of the PECC portfolio.
