MISSION
As an important member of Personal Financial Management, a Goldman Sachs Company, the Relationship Manager acts as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. This individual is responsible for the management and monitoring of the relationship ensuring a consistent positive client experience including working with the team to ensure all commitments are completed and followed through in a timely manner.
This position requires a pro-active approach and ability to independently carry out the duties of the position. The ideal candidate should exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, good judgment and ability to take initiative. The Role
We are looking for a Product Designer who possesses a broad skillset supporting an end-to-end user-centered-design approach to your work, as well as a more advanced skillset in Interaction and Interface Design. The majority of our work focuses on our internal enterprise systems which our bankers rely heavily on.
You should be comfortable with ambiguity and asking questions to form an understanding of a problem before you solve it – and then, feel confident in your ability to translate those learnings and insights into thoughtful and detailed design artifacts. You should also understand the value of design systems and possess thoughtful judgement when working with one.
In this role, you will work directly with engineers, bankers, and senior stakeholders. You will have a large degree of autonomy and ownership over the final designs. So, the ability to understand your user, understand the problem you’re solving, communicate your solution to it, and defend your design decisions – is crucial to being successful.
